This class is open to all skill levels. Grappling is a type of hand to hand combat used at close range to gain physical
advantage to get a submission/tap, takedown, and/or ground control. It is a fast paced class taught by our professional fighters in a No Gi setting. The skills used in this class are applied to real MMA contests and grappling competitions.
In hand-to-hand combat, grappling is a close fighting technique used to gain a physical advantage such as improving relative position, or causing injury to the opponent. Grappling covers techniques used in many disciplines, styles and martial arts that are practiced both as combat sports and for self-defense.
